Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

This was good. However, the calories are off. The recipe calls for 5 chicken breasts, but ingredients show 1 part per lb. I adjusted to cook 2 breasts and calories come out around the same. 5 shoots them through the roof.
I loved this but I added some no fat milk and a little water because the sauce was a bit too thick for me. But it turned out great, also used whole wheat , no yolk egg noodles. Great recipe..
It was good, but a little too salty!
