Can actually lower the fat a little more, if you're okay with the taste, by doing the sandwich panini-style on a George Foreman grill or sandwich grill with no spray, butter, mayo, etc.
A great recipe.
I used the Alpine lace reduced fat and sodium cheese.
It came out fantastic.
I love this recipe. I love turkey and I added a tomato along with the cheese, turkey, and grilled it together. Instead of the American cheese I used low-fat swiss. Yum! And, whipped up some homemade honey mustard dip. 1tsp each of mustard, mayo, and honey. Yummy! Try is some time.
