Nutrition & Calorie Comments

Sounds good, can't wait for thanksgiving to try. I've been looking for a pumpkin pudding recipe that woudn't be full of sugar. Sodium is a little high though. Does anyone know anything about the prepackaged pumpkin pudding made by Jell-o?
I made this recipe with canned pumpkin, not the pie mix, and found the calories were much higher. But, in looking at the ingredient list, the pudding mix is listed as one serving, not 4. It is still really good, and very easy to make, and not much more calories. Thanks for something new!
Now this sounds like a good easy diet low fat recipe, no weird ingredients
This is so easy and a great holiday dessert substitute - I made it with plain fat free milk and toppedd it with crumbled gingersnaps.
