Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

That was a different spin using a sweet potato as I had my doubts. I also substituted fat free sour cream as that's what I had available. Very well presented and I'll have to try this with a regular potato and substitute bbq sauce with salsa.
I like to use buttermilk as the dairy on potatoes. It has the sweet tang of sour cream with a fraction of the calories.
Love anything with bbq sauce. This gave me my bbq taste without a lot of bbq calories. Sweet potatoes goes great with it.
