Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I like to use buttermilk as the dairy on potatoes. It has the sweet tang of sour cream with a fraction of the calories. Submitted by:

Might have to eat half of this recipe, the carb component is more than enough for one meal. Submitted by:

I really loved this one. It's a bit on the sweet side, what with the sweet potato and the barbeque sauce, but I think a bit of salt and some heat would be perfect. Yum! Submitted by:

I like to add a little brown sugar to a baked sweet potato with bacon. I bet it would go great on this. People have thought I was making a mistake when I went to add bacon and cheese to my sweet potato. I am glad I'm not the only one who knows they are not JUST for dessert! Submitted by:

So yummy! Not a fan of cilantro so I skipped that but this was really good. I made the recipe for four servings and eyeballed the BBQ sauce but I'll be sure to measure next time to track nutrition properly. We will be making this again! Husband LOVED it! Submitted by:
