I like to use my own chicken broth, without any salt to cut down on the sodium.
I was interested in this until I saw it used pre-packaged ingredients. I need to make very low/no sodium items and that just isn't for me. Wish these would be made from scratch things, so much better for you. My dad has renal failure and can't eat the high processed stuff.
