Nutrition & Calorie Comments

This was amazing! We called this "funeral potatoes" and it was always one of my faves. I used low-fat or fat free stuff where I could (sour cream & cheese) and I used a couple spoonfuls of ghee instead of margarine and butter flavored spray for the topping.
Used all low-fat subs for this one (light sour cream, low fat cream of chicken soup, 2% cheese etc.) and it was very well received. Also used scallions in place of regular onions and they gave it a bit of color. Thanks, Mike!
I make this all the time, but I cut out the butter (gotta cut calories somehow) and use low-fat cheese, sr cream and onion dip and low fat condensed soup. Still Very good!
Will make, but won't use the cornflakes and substitute soup with reduced fat soup.
My brothers favorite. It can be lighted with light butter, light Sourcream(even FF) and 2% cheddar, low sodium Crm of Chicken
