A little too creamy and salty for me even with the low sodium chicken broth. I added rice and used much less of the sauce to get rid of the salt. Much better that way!
I found that if you substitue white or blush wine for the chicken broth, the sodium goes from 1,104.3 to 285.6 with not much change in other info.....making this dish tonight.
