Large, satisfying servings
Pretty typical goulash almost every mom made in the 80s and 90s.
A dish the whole family will love (especially you, because it is so simple).

This is a great way to make ground round stretch.
with beef (serves 6)
I adapted this recipe from Bill Phillip's "Eating for Life" and it is excellent!
American goulash loaded with veggies and half the beef. To make this a meal my family eats this with a garden salad, corn bread, and a piece of fresh fruit.
This recipe has been in my family for years and the serving is just a rough idea on how many it can serve and it's nutritional value..its very filling and tastes great with toasted sourdough bread its great when all u have is elbow macaroni, ground beef and stewed tomatoes.
The pasta tradition lives on!
My husband's favorite lunch. He'll search for miles for a diner that serves great goulash. So I made it myself!
Growing up in the '60s and '70s this was a staple in my house.
Ever so slightly lightened by using beef and turkey.
Classic American Goulash with a make over! Carrot and Tomato pasta coats in yummy sauce with ground turkey, bell peppers and onions
Mom used to make this quite a bit when I was younger. Can be modified to make even healthier if you wish using other lean ground meats or whole grain/wheat pasta.
Good old-fashioned comfort food with LOADS of veggies added. A complete meal for under 500 calories.
