This recipe is from Bill Phillips' "Eating for Life" Book, and we have been making it for 12-15 years. It's a family favorite -- depending on what' available at the market, we sometimes use yellow squash & zucchini. Add some HotShot pepper to make it slightly hotter. Love it! - 3/21/21

    Very Good
This was very good. The zucchini and red pepper really gave it some extra good flavor. Nice change of pace to my usual ground turkey dishes and will make again! - 3/28/11
