Ingredients

Ground beef, lean, 16 oz browned with garlic
*Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 20 oz browned with garlic
    Tomato Paste, 2 cans
    Tomato Sauce, 2 cup
*Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 1 can
    Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped
Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
*Cooked Elbow Shaped Macaroni - 4 cup
*Garlic- "Just Garlic Roasted Garlic", 2 oz

Tips

I used the italian seasoned turkey meat but I'm sure it doesn't matter! I added more past than planned but it turned out to be nice and hearty. To lighten it up you could add beef broth in with all of the veggies in the beginning.

Directions

Brown meats with garlic. Poor all other ingredients in crockpot on high EXCEPT macaroni. Pour meat in and stir. Cook on high for 2hrs. Reduce to low (I added italian seasoning, onion flake, and garlic salt at this point) and add cooked pasta for 30 minutes. Serve with onions and light cheddar!
