Introduction

Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Ground Chuck
    4 cups canned tomatoes
    1 can Hunts Spagetti Sauce
    1 cup yellow cooking onion, chopped
    3 cloves garlic, chopped
    .5 cup green bell peppers
    2 tsp. Worchestire sauce
    .5 tsp black pepper
    1 tsp salt
    2 dried chili peppers, crushed (1 tsp)
    3 cups elbow macaroni, cooked

Tips

Serve with green salad or cut green beans and Italian bread.


Directions

Brown beef, onion. Add worcheshire, garlic, salt & peppers - black & red.
Add tomatoes & tomato sauce. Add Italian seasoning.
Simmer 15 minutes.
(Meanwhile, cook macaroni per package instructions.)
Add macaroni.
Simmer 15 minutes more.
