    1-6oz Chicken Breast
    1 cup Chicken Broth (99% fat free)
    4 cloves garlic
    2 oz Cream Cheese (fat free)
    1/2 Tbls. Flour


Brown chicken for about 5 mins. using Pam spray.
Add minced garlic.
After 1-2 minutes add a little chicken broth to deglaze pan.
Add all but 2 tablespoons of chicken broth, bring to boil then simmer (Covered) 20-25 minutes until chicken is done.
Remove chicken - keep warm
Mix flour with remaining broth and add to pan - mix.
Add cream cheese, mix until thick and bubbly.
Place sauce over chicken and serve.

  • A little too creamy and salty for me even with the low sodium chicken broth. I added rice and used much less of the sauce to get rid of the salt. Much better that way! - 6/18/10

  • I liked it but my husband thought it had too much garlic. Am thinking about trying again using onion instead. Also think if the chicken were cut-up into bit size pieces and some extra sauce/gravy was make it would be great over noodles. - 7/3/09

  • This was ok. I used 1/2 chablis wine and 1/2 chicken broth. I added 8oz of sliced mushrooms and a pack of sprouted peas. Hubby loved it ;) - 3/24/09

  • Made this dish for dinner and it was great. My daughter was scooping up the sauce because she liked it so much. She is 5 years old and very picky with her chicken. Would make again! - 5/28/08

  • Had a different chicken dish planned, but it needed 6 hr. marinating. So I found this and made it. It was great. Hubby didn't know cream cheese was in it and I did make the mistake of not adding the ck. broth at the beginning so I had to add xanthum gum to thicken. It was a hit, will make again. - 5/27/08

  • I found that if you substitue white or blush wine for the chicken broth, the sodium goes from 1,104.3 to 285.6 with not much change in other info.....making this dish tonight. - 5/12/08

  • I was really getting tired of the same old taste of my chicken but this was fabulous and took nothing to whip it up. the taste was one I had never had but will eat often now. - 4/21/08
