Ingredients

    1-6oz Chicken Breast
    1 cup Chicken Broth (99% fat free)
    4 cloves garlic
    2 oz Cream Cheese (fat free)
    1/2 Tbls. Flour

Directions

Brown chicken for about 5 mins. using Pam spray.
Add minced garlic.
After 1-2 minutes add a little chicken broth to deglaze pan.
Add all but 2 tablespoons of chicken broth, bring to boil then simmer (Covered) 20-25 minutes until chicken is done.
Remove chicken - keep warm
Mix flour with remaining broth and add to pan - mix.
Add cream cheese, mix until thick and bubbly.
Place sauce over chicken and serve.

    O.K.
    A little too creamy and salty for me even with the low sodium chicken broth. I added rice and used much less of the sauce to get rid of the salt. Much better that way! - 6/18/10

    Good
    I liked it but my husband thought it had too much garlic. Am thinking about trying again using onion instead. Also think if the chicken were cut-up into bit size pieces and some extra sauce/gravy was make it would be great over noodles. - 7/3/09

    This was ok. I used 1/2 chablis wine and 1/2 chicken broth. I added 8oz of sliced mushrooms and a pack of sprouted peas. Hubby loved it ;) - 3/24/09
