Delicious dessert that we sometimes also serve for breakfast! I use Splenda instead of sugar and whatever berries and fruit I have on hand. The kids love it.
Tried this and we loved it! We had it for dessert when we had friends over and they didn't believe it was good for us and low in calories!
Oh my. This is so yummy you would never guess it's low in calories. And great to share.
Inspirational. I love that there are no leftovers. Perfect. Next time I will try it with instant oats and leftover quinoa as the topping... hhmmm not crispy but these have more fiber and some protein. worth a try. Diane 148wannabe
I just made & ate some using reduced fat crescent roll dough & Splenda. Just like your version, it comes out to be only 2 WW points! It was so sweet & juicy, I thoughtI was in desert heaven! I even drank the blueberry juice. This is one I'll make over & over.
I wouldn't have thought of combining peaches and blueberries. I didn't have the Filo dough, but one biscuit from low fat bisquick works good.
