AWESOME recipe, this was SO delicious! I even got the official "Babe, this is amazing!" from the boyfriend! I will DEFINITELY be making this again!

I used Splenda instead of sugar, and then I served it with a scoop of Edy's Fat Free Vanilla Frozen Yogurt. It was an amazing dessert!!!
I made this with an oatmeal crumble topping. It was excellent. It is quick, dellicious and not overly calorie dense. Will definitely make it again
Also good with 1/4 c oatmeal in place of the fillo, a dab of butter, and 1tsp brown sugar plus some cinnamon or pie spice. Fruits are really easy to mix and match as well- apple+berry, rhubarb+apple, berry+berry, peach+apple, nectarine+berry.... Personal cobblers rule at my house!
Sounds great for low calories. Also, only serves 2. No leftovers. thanks for a great recipe.
