Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I tried this recipe tonight and it was great. Especially if you are craving something sweet. Low in calories and tasty. Reminds me of a brownie
AWESOME and so quick and easy! Great for those who need to watch sugar intake! Thanks so much for sharing!!
Made this last night but changed a few things. I used a yellow cake mix added about 3 tblspns of cocoa powder and used only a few strawberries but added a banana (both sliced) as the fruit on top of the lite whipped cream. The changes did change the nutritional info slightly. Not much though. Yummy
This was amazing, this was amazing!! I made it in muffin tins so I would have portion control. A few times I drizzle ONLY a tbl of 50% less sugar chocolate syrup. Upped the calories by 30 - but hey - THIS WAS AMAZING!
I made this yesterday for my hubbie's birthday and it turned out great! I used Diet Coke with Lime (all we had), but I couldn't taste the time. I put a little powdered sugar on it along with fresh raspberries and Cool Whip. It looked really fancy & was super easy!
This is an AWESOME idea and it tasted GREAT! My husband used Diet Dr. Pepper and put warm blackberries with a tsp of chocolate syrup and a tsp of powdered sugar for my birthday. JUST AWESOME!! It was surprisingly moist, a bit flat (with no eggs), but even so it wasn't dense at all. Thanks!!
I made this with a dark chocolate cake mix and it was very good. My SIL thought it was brownies and ate it plain. Will make again. A small dab of a fruit pie filling is a good sub for fresh fruit for just a few more calories.
I made this for a pot luck and everyone raved about it. They couldn't believe the calorie and fat content was so low. Thank you!
Fantastic! I added sugar free/fat free raspberry jello to the sugar free whipped topping.
