Nutrition & Calorie Comments  

I was very impressed with this dosa which turned out to be moist, yet crispy, with thin consisntency batter. I also felt light after. Strange how SI is famour for pancakes, however, not seen green lentils being used in any! Thank you for the recipe. YUM!! I added a 1/4 " piece of ginger, cut on salt
I made this with a few tweaks. I added onion and garlic, along with a little chili powder and salt, they are really good. I think that the calorie count is off though, as a cup of uncooked lentils has more than the total calories of the 4 servings. The calories are almost twice as high per serving.
