Nutrition & Calorie Comments

I do not recommend using whey protein. It's just sludge that the gov't decided. to feed feed us. It pollutes our rivers and is toxic. I suggest Pea protein. I would also use Almond milk 30 calories in original blend and twice the protein and organic strawberries. Banana is fine, peel blocks pesticid
My first protein shake
I really liked it Thanks
Surprisingly not overly milky! Nice way to get in some more protein if you've having trouble getting the proper dose. Just sweet enough without being too sweet.
Very yummy! Had it for lunch today to try it out. My son has been asking for smoothies and I wanted to find one quick & easy, and also be able to give him some extra protein. Will have to shop the whey protein in the future but for now will use what our store had. Very good.
Also wanted to say that I made this for my kids, minus the protein, and they loved it. They ask for it now. They are such picky eaters and I'm happy that this gets them away from the sugary cereals.
I loved the idea.. but protein powder is expensive, and honestly, i don't know which one to buy...
but i did everthing except the protein and i added a little plain yogurt GREAT STUFF

this is good,i even add a spoon of peanut butter to get extra protein
I also add 1/2 C of non-fat plain yogurt. Great way to start the day!
