    Very Good
I made it today with 8 oz. pineapple tidbits instead of crushed - just prefer that. Very good! I used 1/2 milk instead of pineapple juice for a bit more protein - keeps it thick as well. - 6/5/11

I need to find a whay to make the pudding part from scratch! The puddings don't fit "Gluten free" requirements

This actually sounds pretty nasty to me with the combo of pudding and a tart fruit like pineapple, BUT since everyone seems to love it I am going to give it a try!!! I'll never know until I try it- right? - 3/28/09
