Ingredients

Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1.5 cup (remove)
Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove)
Onions, raw, 0.5 cup, chopped (remove)
Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)
Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
Beef, top sirloin, 3 oz (remove)
Curry powder, 1.5 tbsp (remove)
Salt, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Tomato chopped canned (400g), 1 serving (remove)
Corn Starch, 0.08 cup (remove)
Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Chop peppers, onion, chicken, and beef to be the same size.
Roughly chop garlic.
In a skillet, heat the olive oil.
Once hot, add peppers, onions, beef, and chicken to skillet together and add curry powder and salt. Let the chicken and beef brown while the peppers and onion are softening. Add water and canned tomatoes and let simmer until the sauce thickens. In a bowl, mix together corn starch and 1 tbsp of water. Add to the curry and the sauce will thicken beautifully.
Steam brown rice while sauce is thickening.
Serve curry on top of rice and enjoy! Add cayenne pepper if you wish to add spice.
