    10 egg roll wrappers (I used Wing Hing Brand @ 100cal/wrap)
    1/2 cup shredded Kirkland Part Skim Mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup Pizza Sauce
    1 T Parmesan Reggiano, shredded


Combine all ingred. together (except wrappers)
With a corner pointing towards you, place 2 T of mixture in the center of each wrap, long-ways.
Moisten edges of wrapper with water and fold over the corner closest to you, over the filling.
Fold in sides and roll away from.
Place on Silpat lined baking sheet, spray each with a shot of canola baking spray and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Serving size is 2 pizza rolls, Served 5.
