    1 cup water
    1/2 packet of Carnantion vanilla instant breakfast
    1 cup frozen Pineapple chucks
    1 bunch of kale
    1/2 cup uncooked old fashion oats
    1 TBls melted Extra Virgin Coconut Oil

Directions

Add ingredients to blender - blend - drink
