Ingredients

    1.5 cups Egg Beaters
    3 egg whites
    7 oz Sargento reduced sodium mozzarella
    1 cup cooked broccoli, drained

Directions

Divide all ingredients into the cups of a 12 muffin tin. Bake at 350* 18-20 minutes.
