Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 can chicken of the sea solid white tuna (~0.62 cups)

    1 fresh whole egg

    2 tbsp raw chopped onion

    1 clove garlic, minced

    1 medium mushroom, diced

    1 slice white bread (~31 grams) chopped finely

    juice from 1/2 of a lemon

    1 tsp salt, 1 tsp pepper (or to taste)

    1/2 tsp olive oil


Directions

mix all ingredients (except oil) together. form into patties by hand.

in a nonstick pan, heat the oil. cook the patties until brown and able to hold its own shape.
