Ingredients

    4 cornish game hens, halved
    2 large oranges, each cut into 12 divided wedges
    1/2 cup each: honey and melted unsalted butter
    2 tbsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
    salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
    Wild rice
    Green beans

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 375. Place game hens on a large baking sheet and tuck 2 orange wedges under each half.
2. Stir together honey and butter and brush mixture over the top; sprinkle with rosemary and season with salt and pepper. Bake for 1 hour or until game hens are cooked through. Serve with green beans and wild rice.
