Ingredients

    6 oz. semisweet chocolate chips
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. rum
    3 T. corn syrup
    2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
    1 c. ground walnuts

Directions

In saucepan melt chocolate over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, rum, and corn syrup. Fold in vanilla wafers and nuts. Shape mixture into 1" balls. Roll in sugar.
Store in airtight container.
