    4 Yukon Gold Potatoes
    4 Tbsp. Garlic Powder
    2 tsp. Salt
    1 Tsp. Pepper
    3 Tbsp. Olive Oil


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Wash potatoes and cut into large chunks. Place into a glass baking dish. Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, pepper and olive oil. With your hands mix the potatoes so that they are all well covered in the oil and seasonings. Place in oven and cook for 45 minutes, flip once or twice to allow potatoes to brown on all sides. Enjoy!
