Ingredients

    150g Cucumber
    1 Medium tomato
    50g Red Pepper
    100ml carrot juice
    75ml apple juice
    Juice 1 lemon
    3 tbsp live natural low-fat yogurt

Directions

Whizz the vegetables with the carrot and fruit juices in a blender for a few seconds. Do not sieve as this will remove valuable fibre. Stir in the yogurt and serve.
