Introduction

I keep bagel thins in my freezer for a quick breakfast. Mix finely chopped veggies or berries (fresh or frozen) to your cream cheese for something fun and different. Ingredients

    1 bagel thin
    2 T. light cream cheese
1/2 carrot, finely chopped or shredded
    1 green onion, finely chopped

Directions

If the bagel is frozen, you can quickly defrost it by putting it in the toaster just as it is on the lowest setting.
After it pops up, separate it into 2 pieces and put them back into the toast for one more go-around.

You can add any finely chopped vegetables you have on hand, or fruit, nuts or meat. Some of my favorites to mix into the cream cheese are:
horseradish & Canadian bacon
chives
purple onion and bell peppers
smashed or chopped berries (any kind, fresh or frozen)
walnuts and honey
olives (green or black)
