Ingredients

2 (8oz) pkgs of crescent rolls
2 (8oz) pkgs cream cheese, softened
    1 pkg taco seasoning
1 (15oz) can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 cup corn (I used Butter kernel Corn & Peppers) you could also use frozen corn instead
1/2 cup sweet red bell pepper (small diced)
    2 roma tomatoes, diced
1.5 cups shredded cheese (I like the Mexican Blend)

Directions

Heat oven to 375°

press crescent rolls into a jelly roll/cookie sheet pressing dough up on the edge to form crust.

Bake in oven for 11-13 minutes - until just golden brown.

In the meantime, blend together the softened cream cheese and taco seasoning until well combined and set aside.

When crust is cooked and golden brown allow to cool for 30 minutes.

Carefully spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the cooled crust

Top the cream cheese with the beans, corn, tomatoes & red peppers. Lightly press into the cream cheese to hold the toppings on.

Sprinkle with cheese

Cut into 48 squares

Optional ingredients include black olives and avocado.
