Ingredients

1 14-fl-oz can condensed milk (I use Fat- Free)
2 1/2 cups rolled oats (not instant)
1 cup dried cranberries (I've also used dried cherries and blueberries)
1/2 cup mixed pumpkin seeds, unsalted and hulled
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, unsalted and hulled
    1 cup almonds

Directions

1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees and line a 10x15 -inch jelly roll pan with foil so mixture does not stick.

2. Warm the condensed milk in a pan. Stir frequently; do not burn

3. Meanwhile, mix all the other dry ingredients together. Add the warmed condensed milk, using a rubber spatula to fold and distribute.

4. Spread the mixture into thepan and press down with the back-side of a spatula to make the surface even and the thickness you desire. The mixture will not fill the entire pan.

5. Bake for 1 hour, remove, and after about 15 minutes, scrore the bars with a knife, but do not remove for 1 hour.
