    1 3/4c. granulated sugar
    3 eggs
    1 cup vegetable oil
    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 cups peeled and chopped apples
    1 cup chopped walnuts

    Cream Cheese Frosting (See recipe)


Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a 13x9 in. baking dish.

Beat sugar, eggs adn oil together with a mixer until well blended. Mis in flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir in apples and walnuts; mix well.

Pour into baking dish. Bake 50-55 minutes, depending on how fast your oven bakes. Let cool before icing.
