    1 Medium Low-Fat Flour Tortilla
    2 Slices Extra-Lean Turkey Bacon
    1/2 Cup Fat-Free Liquid Egg Substitute
    1 Slice Fat-Free American Cheese


Cook the bacon and set aside. Then scramble the eggs on medium heat. Heat the tortilla in the microwave until warm. Place the cheese in the middle of the tortilla and top with eggs and bacon.
