Introduction

A filling start to the day. You can make this Sunday night for a whole week's worth of breakfast! A filling start to the day. You can make this Sunday night for a whole week's worth of breakfast!

Ingredients

    1 C Steel cut oats
    1/4 C Brown sugar
    1/3 C Craisins or raisins
    1 T honey
    1 Apple
    1 t Cinnamon
    4 C Water

Directions

Peal and dice the apple. Combine all ingredients in a small crock pot and combine. If your crock pot does not have a nonstick surface, you may want to use a liner. This dries out too much in the larger crock pots, so make a double batch and freeze half if you choose to do that. It freezes great! Allow to cook on low for 8-10 hours.
