Ingredients

Pasta:
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
3 Chicken Breast, no skin (ground)
2 cloves garlic
1/2 Cup onion
5 oz. Broccoli, frozen or fresh
1 Cup Sweet peppers red, orange, yellow chopped
1/2 Box Barelli Wheat Bowtie Pasta with fiber
Sauce:
1 6 oz can tomatoe paste no salt added
1 12 oz can Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes
1/4 Cup Philadelphia Light cream cheese
Juice of 1/2 of a Lime
1 tsp. Oregano
1 tsp. Basil
Salt
Pepper
Directions
Cook pasta according to directions on box.
Saute onion in garlic in a skillet with hald of the olive oil. Then add vegtables and sautee until tender. When finished transfer to a bowl for later use.
Take chicken breast and grind in a food processor to create your own ground chicken. Season chicken with different spices and add to the skillet with the other half of the oil. Cook on medium heat using a spatula to break up the chicken.
Meanwhile add the diced tomatoes to a food processor and puree. Then add the tomatoe paste, cream cheese, and lime juice and puree once again. Lastley add organo, basil, salt and pepper and mix well.
When chicken is cooked add vegtables, pasta, and sauce and heat thoroughly.
