Introduction

These tasty muffins are low calorie, high fiber and low fat. I came up with this recipe about 3 or 4 years ago when I found myself with about 10 lbs of over-ripe bananas. This is the original version I came up with. The Craisins add a nice tartness to complement the sweetness of the loaf. These tasty muffins are low calorie, high fiber and low fat.
