Ingredients

    4 boneless pork loin chops
    2 cups sliced onions
    1 cup beef broth
    1/8 tsp pepper
    1/3 cup 1% milk
    2 tbsp flour

Directions

Spray skillet with cooking spray, heat over medium high heat. cook pork chops in skillet about 6 minutes, turning once, until brown on both sides. Remove chops from skillet. Lower heat to medium add onions and cook 3 minutes. Stir in broth and pepper. Return pork to skillet cover tightly and simmer 12 minutes or until pork is no longer pink. Mix milk and four together. Add to skillet and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly until thickened.

Serving Size: 4 servings-1 chop with 1/2 cup gravy
