Number of Servings: 16


    300 gms of minced meat (beef/pork blend is best)
    1 med. egg
    1 med. minced onion
    1 Tbsp. italian herb salt (more/less to taste)
    4- 5"X7" sheets of frozen pie crust dough
    bit of milk
    sesame seeds (optional)


*mix all ingredients above dotted line in large enough bowl. may add cheese if you like it and need some extra calcium, but dont mind the extra fat and calories. (wink!)
*roll out 4 sheets of flaky pie crust to 5X7" sheets. about 2-4mm thick.
*spoon meat mix down one edge of the pie crust. wet the opposite edge with a bit of milk. roll the crust around the meat to make tubes with meat in the center.
*place crease side down on a cookie sheet. wet tops
with milk. sprinkle on pre-roasted sesame seeds (optional).
*cut each roll in 4 pieces. (makes 16 total)
*bake at 180/190 deg. Cel. for about 25 mins.
