Ingredients

    1 box (~13.5 oz.) whole grain pasta, cooked
    6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped
    2 tbsp olive oil, divided
    1 1/3 pounds chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces
    Salt and pepper
    1 1/2 tbsp butter, divided
    4 cloves garlic, minced
    2 tbsp flour
    1/2 cup white wine
    1 lemon, juiced
    1 cup chicken broth
    3 tbsp capers
    1/2 cup flat-leaf parsley, chopped

Directions

After cooking pasta and bacon, heat 1 tbsp oil in large skillet over medium/medium-high heat. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook through. Remove chicken, reduce heat to medium and add 1 tbsp butter and remaining olive oit. Cook garlic until lightly browned. Add flour and wine and whisk or mix well and allow to reduce, about 1-2 minutes. Whisk or mix in lemon juice and broth then add capers and parsley, allow to come to a simmer, about 2-3 minutes. Mix in chicken and bacon and heat through. Toss with pasta and serve.
