Ingredients

    6 3oz servings of sirloin or round steak frozen
    4 cups fresh chopped broccoli
    1 10oz package fresh portobella mushrooms
    2 cups chopped onions
    1 10oz bottle san j teriyaki stir fry sauce

Directions

place the frozen meat in the crock pot first, then layer onions, broccoli, an mushrooms on top in that order. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the top. Place the cover on the crock pot, an cook for 4 hours on high or 8 on low.
