Introduction

Ingredients

    10 top loin pork chops
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1 tsp worcestershire sauce
    3 tbsp wheat flour
    1 cup panko bread crumbs

Directions

Beat egg white in a bowl and add worcestershire sauce. Place flour in a bowl with the salt, pepper, and paprika. Coat pork chops in flour and then in milk bath and then roll in panko bread crumbs. Spray a cookie sheet with Pam and place pork chops in oven on 350 degrees for 25 minutes turning once half way through.
