Ingredients

    1 small or 1/2 large rutabaga, diced
    3 medium potatoes, peeled and diced
    1/2 small or 1/4 large onion, diced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1tbsp. oilve oil
    1tsp. dried taragon
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup low fat milk




Directions

Saute onions and garlic in olive oil over medium heat until translucent. Add diced potatoes, rutabaga, salt, pepper and taragon, put in enough water to cover and cook until soft. Remove from heat and blend until mostly smooth, then add milk and serve.
