    1 can of red kidney beans
    1 can of fire roasted tomato cooking sauce
    1 can of wolfgang puck tortilla soup
    1/2 pound of 93/7 hamburger
    dash of Cayenne pepper
    1/4 cup of lime juice : )

    I topped it with a tablespoon of plain greek yogurt (instead of sour cream)
