Ingredients

    Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 1 tbsp
    Splenda No Calorie Sweetener, 5 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, 1 cup
    Salt, 1 dash
    Vanilla Extract, .25 tsp
    mini-marshmallows, optional

Directions

Add cocoa, splenda, salt, and vanilla extra to a mug. Heat milk in microwave-safe container for 1.5-2 minutes, until very warm. Mix about a 1/4 cup of milk into mug with other ingredients and stir thoroughly. Poor in rest of milk and stir to mix well. Garnish with a few mini-marshmallows, if desired (calories and nutrition for those not included in recipe).
