    1/3 cup sugar
    3 Tbsp Minute Tapioca
    2 3/4 c 1% Milk
    1 large egg
    1 tsp vanilla


Mix all ingredients, except vanilla, in a pan
Let ingredients sit for 5 minutes
Stir constantly over medium heat until it comes to a boil
Boil for 1-2 minutes
Remove from heat
Add vanilla
Serve warm or chilled
