Ingredients

    1.5 cup cucumber, peeled
    1 tb butter
    2 tb basil
    2 tb blue cheese crumbles

Directions

Peel cucumbers and cut into chunks.
Heat butter in a nonstick skillet. Add cucumbers and sauté 5 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste. Add basil and stir. Add blue cheese.
