Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    4 lb- Cubed beef
    3 cups - 1 bag pearl barley
    1 large onion - shredded
    2 cups - portabello mushrooms, shredded
    4 tsp. garlic - powder or minced how ever
    1 1/2 cup shredded carrots
    12 cups water
    8 tsp beef boullion any kind
    1 Can Navy Beans ( 2 cups)
    1 Can Great Northern beans ( 2 cups)



Directions

Cut meat into little peices. Cut up all Veggies.
Throw meat and veggies into pot to brown. Add garlic. Brown so it looks like peices on bottom of pan. Add Water and boullion. Bring to a boil. Add beans.Simmer until meat falls apart.
