Introduction

Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    3 lbs boneless skinless chicken cubed
    2 cups long grain minute rice
    2 cans cream of mushroom OR 1 can plus
    1 can cream of chicken
    1 cup sour cream
    1 small onion diced
    1 celery stalk diced
    1.5 tsp garlic
    1 tbs worcestershire
    2 cans water
    2 tsp poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste

Tips

Use regular rice if you make this in the crock pot.


Directions

Combine all ingredients but the chicken and poultry seasoning and add to pot. Season the chicken with poultry seasoning and place on top. Cover and cook with 10-12 kingsford briquetts on bottom and 14-16 on top. May have to adjust for weather (wind rain etc.) will take 2-4 hrs
