Ingredients

    2T Butter
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 T minced garlic
    15 oz pumpkin
    1 small container of crumbled feta cheese
    3 T olive oil
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Cook onion and garlic in Butter until tender. Mix with pumpkin. Add feta olive oil and salt and pepper to taste.
