Number of Servings: 2


    1/2 boneless, skinless chicken breast
    1/4 cup olive oil
    1/4 cup lemon juice
    2 tablespoons plain yogurt (by individual serving of this, set the rest aside)
    1 tablespoon poulty seasoning
    2 tablespoons curry powder
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 tablespoon fresh cilantro
    2 tablespoons honey
    large ziploc bag

    Dipping Sauce
    Rest of yogurt
    1 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
    1/2 tablespoon poultry seasoning
    1 1/2 tablespoon honey


Mix together in large ziploc bag, olive oil, lemon juice, yogurt, poulty seasoning, curry powder, minced garlic, fresh cilantro, and honey. Close bag and shake, then add chicken. Refridgerate for 2-4 hours or up to 12 hours. The grill. I usually set aside a little of the marinade to bast with during cooking.

Dipping Sauce
This you pretty much just mix until it taste good. It should taste like curry and be slightly sweet.
