Introduction

Muffins made with Jimmy Dean sausage, eggs and cheese make this a protein filled breakfast! Makes 1 dozen muffins. Ingredients

    1 cup Carbquick (by STOECJ01)
    1 cup Sargento Classic Sharp Cheddar Fancy Shredded Natural Cheddar Cheese
    4 large Egg, fresh, whole, raw
    12 oz Jimmy Dean Maple Sausage (cooked)

Directions

Cook and crumble sausage. Beat eggs thoroughly in separate bowl. Once sausage is cooked, drain fat. Combine all ingredients in bowl, stirring together. Spray cupcake tin with cooking spray. Fill cupcake tin fully with mixture. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes.
